Tenant Screening Process

  • All prospective tenants must complete a full application providing detailed personal information and leasing history which is then verified through reference checks.
  • Pull a criminal, credit, and eviction history report on each adult occupant.
  • Collect proof of income to ensure that the prospective tenants have the financial capacity to make the required rental payments.
  • Obtain copy of the identification of each adult occupant
  • The full application along with ID’s, proof of income, and reports are then evaluated before we recommend approval of an applicant.
